What a wedding costs in Wroclaw
In Wroclaw the cost of a wedding is calculated per guest and falls within very wide bounds - from around 150 zloty per person at venues outside the centre to over 700 at premium locations. Room hire itself is usually the smaller part of the bill; catering and drinks account for most of it.
When planning, it is worth counting the whole figure rather than the per-plate price alone. On top of the per-guest rate come music, flowers, photography and the cake, and at venues outside the city, guest transport as well.

Table layout and guest numbers
At a wedding the table arrangement decides two things at once: how many people sit down, and how the evening feels. Round tables suit conversation in groups of eight or ten but take more space. Long tables seat more guests and read as more formal, at the cost of easy conversation.
When you enquire we prepare a floor plan with the exact seat count, so the seating can be worked out before the contract is signed.
The menu
We build the menu individually, but the structure is consistent: starter, soup, main course with sides, dessert, plus a cold and a dessert buffet available through the evening and a hot dish later in the night.
Special diets are handled in every variant. It helps to collect information about vegetarians, vegans and allergies when you confirm the guest list, so that portions can be prepared by name rather than improvised on the night.
Poprawiny: the second day
In Poland many couples hold a second, smaller gathering the day after the wedding, called poprawiny. It is usually a buffet and a shorter guest list. Arranging it together with the wedding makes planning easier and avoids repeating part of the preparation.

The venue sits inside the old town, with more than a dozen hotels at various price points within a few hundred metres. This is one of the main advantages of a central location: guests need no organised transport after the reception.
How far in advance should we book?
Saturdays in season, from May to September, are booked furthest ahead. Dates outside the season and on weekdays remain available much longer. It is worth asking about a specific date before you plan anything else around it.
