A team trip out of town costs more than the venue quote suggests. On top of the per-person price come return transport, travel time counted as working time and, for evening events, either accommodation or a very late return.
An event in central Wroclaw removes all three. People arrive on public transport or on foot from the office, and go home afterwards without organised transport. For a team of a hundred, that difference is often larger than the catering bill.
What a 20-metre ceiling makes possible
The height of the Patio changes what can be planned. Beyond the standard layout with a dance floor and buffet, the hall takes structures that would not fit in a conventional function room.

What does a corporate team event in Wroclaw cost?
The price is per person and depends chiefly on the menu and the length of the event. A team event starts at 220 PLN net per person - as with every corporate event, figures are net and VAT is added on the invoice. Catering is the largest single item, typically 35-45% of the budget. The bar is billed separately, because companies treat it very differently. We quote once we know the headcount, hours and menu.
How many people can attend?
From 100 to 500. A hundred is our minimum for every event; five hundred is the capacity of the whole venue standing, mezzanines included. For a group of a hundred we partition the ground floor so the party is not lost in an empty hall.
How late can the event run?
We agree the hours when you book. The venue sits in the city centre, so night-time noise rules apply - if you are planning loud music, we go through this at the proposal stage rather than on the night.
Do you provide the entertainment programme?
The venue, catering and service are ours. Entertainment, hosts and music we can arrange through partners we work with regularly, or you can bring your own suppliers.
