At Times Event Center, ul. Kazimierza Wielkiego 1, inside Wroclaw old town and a short walk from the Market Square. The ball is held in the Patio - a hall of 500 m² with a 20 m ceiling, holding up to 500 guests.

Two soups, five main courses with sides served from chafing dishes until 11 pm, a cold buffet of seventeen items, chili con carne after midnight, a dessert buffet and drinks: unlimited water, coffee and tea, juices, vodka at 0.5 l per couple and a glass of sparkling wine at midnight. Vegetarian and gluten-free dishes are marked in the menu section.

Yes. Both soups are vegetarian, as are the pearl barley with beetroot and edamame and the confit potatoes; the cold buffet includes chickpea tartlets, sweet potato and tofu croissants, hummus and vegetarian sandwiches. Gluten-free options are the Roma tomato soup and the confit potatoes. Other dietary requirements can be arranged when booking.

The venue is at ul. Kazimierza Wielkiego 1, on a main transport route in central Wroclaw, reachable by tram and bus. We have no car park of our own - the nearest, 10 m away, is Parking Pegaz in the building next door, public, underground and open 24/7, so the car can stay overnight. The ticket includes Wyborowa vodka, 0.5 l per couple, and a glass of sparkling wine at midnight. You are welcome to bring your own alcohol and soft drinks.

400 PLN per person. One price for the whole sales period - there are no early-booking tiers and no separate rate for couples.

Doors at 20:00 on 31 December, finishing at 4:00 on New Year's Day. A hot dish is served after midnight.

The cloakroom is included. Parking is not included - the venue has no car park of its own; the nearest is Parking Pegaz in the building next door (underground, paid, open 24/7). The tram stop is one minute from the door.

As early as you can. There is no early-booking discount - the price stays the same - but booking early gets you a seat at a round table downstairs. Those usually go by the end of November; after that, places are on the mezzanine. We sell 350 places for the ball.

A ticket can be transferred to another person. A refund is possible if someone else takes up the freed places.

No - the ball is an adults-only event. We do not sell child tickets or family rates.
