Our own kitchen, not a delivery
Times Event Center runs its own kitchen on site, and that kitchen cooks for picnics too. Nothing is subcontracted: the menu is planned, cooked and served by the same team that handles banquets at the venue.
That matters in practice. The person who agrees the menu with you is the person responsible for serving it on the day - there is no handover to a supplier you have never spoken to.

Numbers and cost
We take picnics from 100 guests, the same threshold as events in the hall. We do not publish a rate, because outdoors the location decides it: distance, access to power and water, and the ground available for set-up. Send the location and the headcount and you get a firm figure back, net of VAT.
If an indoor team event with a known rate suits you better, team-building parties in the Patio start at 220 PLN net per person.

Frequently asked questions
Where do you run company picnics?
In Wroclaw and the surrounding area, at a location you choose. We arrive with the kitchen, equipment and staff - we need ground for the stations and to know what power and water are available.
What is the minimum number of guests?
100 guests, the same as for events at the venue.
How much does a company picnic cost?
Quoted individually, because the location, travel and scope decide it. The quote is net of VAT, as for every corporate event. For comparison, a team-building party at the venue starts at 220 PLN net per person, and that figure already includes the menu and the hall.
Do you provide marquees and outdoor equipment?
Outdoor equipment is agreed when we quote - what we bring as standard is the kitchen, the staff and the buffet equipment. Tell us what you need on site and we will confirm what we can cover.
