Frequently asked questions
How quickly do you reply?
Enquiries sent on a working day are usually answered the same or the next day. If you ask about a specific date, we check availability straight away rather than stretching the exchange over several messages.
What should the first message contain?
Three things are enough for a useful reply: what kind of event it is, how many guests, and which date you have in mind. Menu, hours and layout we settle at the next step.
Can we see the venue before deciding?
Yes, and we recommend it. At 500 m² with a 20 m ceiling, photographs do not convey the scale. Write to us and we will arrange a visit during office hours, 10:00 to 18:00 on weekdays.
Do you handle enquiries in English?
Yes, in writing. Send the enquiry by email or through the form on this page and you will get a reply in English. The phone line is answered in Polish, so email is the route we recommend.
What is the minimum number of guests?
100 guests, for every type of event. The exception is the New Year ball, where tickets are sold per person.
