One space, six different events
The Patio is a 500 m² hall with no structural pillars, which we lay out in six configurations - from theatre-style rows to round tables for a banquet. At 20 m, the ceiling height allows rigged installations, which most hotel ballrooms in the city cannot offer.
A mezzanine level runs above the ground floor. It works as a buffet area, a networking space, or a position for a DJ or musicians. That lets a single event have a formal part downstairs and an informal one upstairs, without booking a second room.

Why a city-centre location matters for a corporate event
The venue is at ul. Kazimierza Wielkiego 1, inside Wroclaw old town and a short walk from the Market Square. For a company event this has three practical consequences: guests travelling from other cities reach it from the main railway station without changing transport, many of them sleep in hotels within a few hundred metres, and nobody has to arrange coaches once the formal part ends.
For events held outside the city, transport can absorb a noticeable share of the budget and two hours of every attendee day. In the centre that cost disappears.
How we work
- You send an enquiry. We reply with availability and an initial quote, net of VAT.
- You visit the venue. We walk you through the layout options for your event.
- We prepare a proposal with menu and schedule, and settle the technical details.
- You confirm the date. We sign the agreement and agree the deposit.
- On the day, a coordinator from our side runs the event from set-up to clear-down.

Frequently asked questions
How many people fit in the hall?
220 at round tables, 240 at long tables, 300 theatre-style and 300 standing on the ground floor. Two mezzanines add 100 guests each, so the venue holds 500 in total. The minimum for a corporate event is 100 guests.
Can we run a formal part and an evening banquet on the same day?
Yes, and it is a common arrangement. The working part runs in theatre or classroom seating, and we reset the room for dinner during the break. The mezzanine lets us serve coffee breaks and lunch without moving guests out of the building.
Do you work with English-speaking clients?
Yes. Wroclaw hosts a large number of international companies, and the venue sits in the middle of the business district - we regularly handle events where the working language is English.
How far in advance should we book?
For peak months - December, January, May and June - several months ahead is sensible. December dates for Christmas parties are usually taken by the end of September. Outside those periods availability is considerably better.
