Stage, sound and light
A gala differs from a banquet in having a programme: speeches, awards, a performance. That makes the stage and sound system fundamental rather than an add-on. The hall has permanent stage facilities, and for larger events we build a stage to the specific running order.
The 20 m ceiling allows lighting and set elements to be suspended above the guests instead of standing on the floor. At a gala for several hundred people that is the difference between a function room with decorations and a space built for the event.
How the evening runs
A corporate gala usually falls into four parts. We set this out because it helps when planning the budget and the menu to know how long guests spend seated and how long on their feet.

Frequently asked questions
What does organising a gala in Wroclaw cost?
We price per person, net of VAT. The menu and the technical production have the largest effect: a gala with elaborate staging, an LED wall and video production costs considerably more than an evening of speeches and dinner. We quote once the running order is agreed.
Can we rig our own set?
Yes. The hall is 20 metres high and takes suspended installations. We agree the scope and rigging method in advance with your technical supplier, so that set-up and de-rig time can be scheduled.
How many guests can attend a gala?
Up to 500, though a gala with a stage and a performance uses part of the floor for the stage and the space in front of it, so the seated count is correspondingly lower. We give the figure when quoting your specific format.
Do you provide a host and entertainment?
The venue, catering, technical facilities and service are ours. A host, performers and the programme we can arrange through partners we work with, or we can work alongside suppliers you choose yourself.
