The layout decides how many people can sit down
At a banquet the guest count follows from the table plan, not the floor area. Round tables encourage conversation in groups but take more space and need wider aisles for service. Long tables seat more people in the same area, but limit conversation to immediate neighbours.
When you enquire we give the exact number of seats for your chosen option, along with a floor plan. That lets you work out the seating before signing anything.
Banquet menu
We build the menu around the character of the event. A banquet following a team party has different requirements from a dinner for business partners: the first works better as a buffet that does not interrupt conversation, the second as a plated menu served at the table.

Frequently asked questions
How many guests does the banquet hall hold?
220 at round tables and 240 at long tables on the ground floor, plus 100 on each mezzanine. We have 25 round tables, seating 12 each. A standing reception takes 500 across the whole venue.
What does a corporate banquet cost in Wroclaw?
We price per person and net of VAT, based on the menu, the length of the event and whether a bar is included. Soft drinks, waiting service and room set-up are part of the base price. The event is invoiced, so VAT is added to the figure quoted.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
Terms for bringing your own alcohol, and any corkage, are agreed individually when booking, since they depend on the type and scale of the event. Tell us what you have in mind in your enquiry and we will confirm.
Do you cater for special diets?
Yes. Every menu variant includes vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. Please send us the numbers when you confirm the final headcount, at the latest a few days before the event.
