When to book
The Christmas party season effectively lasts three weeks, from the start of December to the holiday break. That leaves a dozen or so working days, of which Thursdays and Fridays are the most sought after. Companies with a particular day in mind should be asking about dates in September.
Booking early has a second effect: it leaves time to settle the menu and the programme without pressure, rather than finalising details a week beforehand.
The menu
In Poland the traditional Christmas Eve dinner, known as wigilia, is meat-free and built around a fixed set of dishes. Corporate versions are less strict, and ours combines the recognisable festive dishes with options for guests who expect something more substantial.

How to run a party people stay at
Corporate Christmas parties have one recurring problem: some people attend out of obligation and leave after an hour. Three things change that, and none of them is expensive.
- An earlier start. Dinner at five leaves room to stay; dinner at eight does not.
- A layout that does not pin people to one table all evening. A buffet area and a space for conversation make the difference.
- A short formal part. Ten minutes of year-end summary works. Forty pushes people towards the door.

Frequently asked questions
When should we book a Christmas party?

What does a corporate Christmas party cost in Wroclaw?
We price per person and net of VAT, depending mainly on the menu and the length of the evening. The base price covers the festive menu, soft drinks, table decoration and waiting service. Bar and music are billed separately.
Are there vegetarian options on the Christmas menu?
Yes. The traditional Polish Christmas Eve menu is meat-free by definition, and beyond that we prepare vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free dishes. Please give us the numbers when confirming the headcount.
How many guests does the hall hold?
220 at round tables and 240 at long tables downstairs, plus 100 on each mezzanine. The minimum for a Christmas party, as for every event here, is 100 guests.
