Five events, five different layouts
The Patio is a single pillar-free space, so all of these ran in the same hall. What changed was the layout, the stage and what could be rigged from a ceiling twenty metres up.

The largest: a thousand guests
A company 25th anniversary for 1000 guests in an open layout with no tables in the centre and a concert on the main stage. That is the upper limit of what the venue takes; seated events are smaller, and those numbers are stated plainly in the capacity table.
At the other extreme, an aerial acrobatics show ran above a seated banquet for 400. The height of the hall allows equipment to be rigged over the guests - a hotel conference room cannot do that, because the ceiling is too low.
